Preservation with a purpose
Block 2 Real Estate was born from the strategy statement of our sister company, Snyder Environmental. Since 2001, Snyder Environmental has grown to be one of the largest environmental remediation firms in our region. In an effort to diversify value and expand its reach even further, Snyder Environmental created the goal of remediation, renovating, or redeveloping one-hundred-million square feet of environmentally impaired opportunities.
Block 2 was built to support that goal. We built the infrastructure to identify, assess, purchase, remediate and redeploy properties throughout mid-south. This included great real estate representation with years of experience in rehabbing Main Street America.
We believe in the tremendous benefit of taking old structures and making them vibrant again. We believe that this is the “greenest” form of construction today. We also believe in the concept of Main Street itself where families can live, work and play in diverse communities but in close proximity.
Block 2 provides select clients a full service brokerage firm. Specializing in both tenant representation and commercial sales. Block 2 offers a focused team that will devote the time needed to help clients both acquire and sell properties. Our team will become a trusted counselor to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Renewal, community, diversity, trust, service, and opportunity are just a few words that describe what we hope you take away from interacting with us.
